Returns Policy
The short version: blank, unprinted kit can come back unused within 14 days. Anything we print or embroider (crests, sponsor logos, names, numbers) is made to order, so it can only come back if it is faulty.
Blank kit: 14 days to change your mind
If you ordered a stock item with nothing printed or embroidered on it, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel and send it back for a full refund. It needs to come back unworn and unused, with the tags and original packaging still on. Opened socks and underwear can't be returned, for hygiene reasons.
Return postage is paid by you, unless the item turns out to be faulty or we sent you the wrong thing, in which case we refund the postage too.
Printed and embroidered kit: made to order, faulty only
Anything we print, embroider or otherwise personalise (club crests, sponsor logos, names, numbers) is made to order for you. Once it is decorated, it can only be returned if it is faulty: a defect in the garment itself, in the print, or in the embroidery.
We can't take personalised kit back because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size. Size guides are on every product page, and we confirm your artwork with you by email before anything goes under the press. This follows normal practice across the trade and UK distance-selling rules, which leave made-to-order and personalised goods outside the 14-day cancellation right.
If something is faulty
Email us within 28 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the fault. That goes for blank kit and for printed or embroidered kit alike.
If the fault is confirmed, we'll repair, replace or refund the item, whichever suits you best. On a confirmed fault we also refund your original delivery cost.
How to start a return
Email [email protected] with your order number, and we'll confirm the return address and check your item is eligible. Once we've received the item back, your refund goes to the original payment method within 14 days.
These terms apply to orders placed through our online shop. They don't affect your statutory rights.
